Welcoming Megan Ganguly as Chief Marketing and Operations Officer to Drive Our Expansion

Boston, MA — Mentor Collective is excited to announce its evolution from a peer-to-peer mentorship company focused exclusively on higher education to a leading mentorship provider across diverse sectors, including Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations, and professional associations. This strategic expansion aims to drive meaningful change across the workforce by harnessing the transformative power of mentorship.

"Mentorship is essential for addressing challenges throughout the student lifecycle and propelling career-ready students directly into the workforce," said Mentor Collective CEO, Erin Mayhood.

"The quality of human connection that mentorship provides fills the gaps left by traditional systems, better equipping students to tackle the challenges that life and work present. As they transition from 'learner to life,' students often struggle to align their academic experiences with workforce expectations. Mentor Collective aims to bridge these gaps, ensuring that learners are not only 'career ready' but also 'future ready.'"

"Our mission is to empower ALL individuals through targeted mentorship that fosters confidence, belonging, and lasting career success," Mayhood continued. "By bridging the connection between student aspirations and organizational needs, mentorship becomes a powerful tool for retention, skill development, and economic mobility."

In a move to bolster its accelerated growth trajectory, Mentor Collective welcomes Megan Ganguly as its inaugural Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. With a distinguished 15+ year career in Software as a Service (SaaS), including her recent leadership as Chief Marketing Officer at Interfolio by Elsevier, Megan will spearhead strategic marketing and operational initiatives.

“We are thrilled to have Megan on board as we expand our offerings across sectors and into the corporate space,” remarked Erin. “Her expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our impact."

Megan shares this enthusiasm:

"I am delighted to join the Mentor Collective team to foster scalable growth, enabling our expansion into new verticals and the creation of essential synergies between higher education and the workforce, ultimately to support all learners in realizing their full potential. I look forward to the opportunity to further shape the team and develop the market."
