University of Delaware Engages Alumni Mentors to Pave Career Pathways
University of Delaware turned to Mentor Collective to launch a mentorship initiative supported by UD alumni. By matching 1,500+ undergraduate juniors and seniors with an alumni mentor, the University of Delaware was able to increase career decision self-efficacy in their upperclassmen by 22%.
