Career Decision Self-Efficacy & Career Development Outcomes in Mentor Collective Career Programs, 2020-21
This study analyzes changes in career decision self-efficacy (CDSE) and career development outcomes (CDO) for undergraduate college students who participated in five Mentor Collective Career programs over the course of the 2020-21 academic school year. Results indicate that mentees in Mentor Collective Career programs see an increase in their perceived CDSE from the start of their program to its conclusion. This held true across gender, racial/ethnic demographics, and for mentees who logged at least 4 conversations with their mentor.
